When a product is out-of-stock, customers can't add it to their carts, and a "Sold Out" label will display on store pages and product details pages. Contact us for the possibility to "Re-Order" the item.

With our factory located in Hong Kong, it is difficult to maintain all products within our U.S. fulfillment centers. Therefore, “in-stock” items shall include inventories both within our U.S. fulfillment centers and at our Hong Kong fulfillment centers.
