Product Warranty

WARANTY DETAILS

We warrant our products and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for ten  (10) years for Inverters and twelve (12) years  for our LiFePO4 Batteries from the original purchase date. During this period, we will repair or replace defective products with new products without charge to you.  There are no limits to the number of replacements throughout the warranty.

Length Of Warranty:
All FLS, FLT and FLX battery models now come with 12-Year Warranty, while all Inverters now come with 10-Year Warranty.

Except as provided below, we are not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product.

The warranty and remedies set forth are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

What does this warranty cover?

This Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use throughout the Warranty Period.

What will we do to correct problems?

We will either repair the product  or replace the item with a new unit of the same series.

What does this Warranty not cover?

This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by improper use of the product, or malfunctions and damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

We do not advise you open or tamper with your products at any time as this will void the warranty you have with us and that you contact our Support team, who will guide you through the warranty process.

Second Hand Purchases

If your product has been purchased second hand, it is still covered by the original Warranty as long as you can present the original purchase invoice as proof of ownership.
